Fitzpatrick Grand Central

Room was very nice, definitely smaller than I expected but good size for a hotel room in New York. It was very clean. The location was perfect, far enough away from Time Square to reduce the noise at night but close enough to be able to walk about 15 minutes and be in the heart of it all. Bed was very comfy and clean, the staff amazing, the folks at reception were so warm and welcoming. The brown/red haired Tyrone lady in the back bar! Such true Irish charm and hospitality thank you for that.

good location, helpful staff, good beds. offered a new room if the AC stopped working. a lot of Irish staff.

Location of this hotel was so perfect near transport links like grand central. Walking distance of shopping and central park and other attractions like Summit chrysler rockafeller The bed was very comfortable slept like a baby every night. All the staff were very friendly and super attentive to anything we asked. But the Location is the main seller here. Hotel was also very warm and welcoming we had an issue with lights and it was fixed once we came back

Staff on the front desk were amazing. Did so much to accommodate us with late check out when guest was feeling unwell. Always friendly and chatty every time you go in and out of the hotel. Great location also, close to train and within walking distance to so many attractions. Rooms great size for New York.
